TimeTarget has implemented a philanthropic policy which sets out the commitment TimeTarget will make as we continue to grow. This includes apportioning some of our profits, some of our employee’s time and some of our internal resources and equipment.
TimeTarget’s Philanthropic policy encourages our team members to undertake volunteer duties with an organisation of their choice. The volunteer duties are often undertaken in industry-related roles such as administration, HR procedures \ support, and others relevant to a particular TimeTarget team member’s skill set.
TimeTarget makes it simple for staff to tell you what days they can or can't work and when they want to take holidays. The use of a simple Weekly Availability map that not only includes periods of availability and unavailability but also includes preferred time ensures that the needs of the workforce are being met while ensuring that the business gets the best value workforce when rostering.
The beauty of the Availability Map is that it is fully integrated into the rostering process ensuring that the paper diary and paper chase can be thrown away forever.
After the staff member requests leave by simply dragging their finger over the touch screen TimeTarget alerts the appropriate manager to undertake the approval process. TimeTarget even lets the Manager know to the second the time of leave request; ensuring transparency when leave requests clash between team members.
At the time the Manager needs to make the approval TimeTarget also shows all staff members and their availability and leave status ensuring that there is always adequate staff coverage.
Using TimeTarget’s integrated Role’s and Certification solution (Industry leading technology) the statutory requirements in the work place can always be managed and met. The certification system ensures qualified staff are onsite at the correct time and in the correct quantity and is managed seamlessly.
Once approved Time Target automatically creates the Leave shifts, makes them team member unavailable in the roster and if you like, it will send the staff member a message so that the next time they log on, they will see that their leave has been approved.
