Time Target is designed to make complex areas such as rostering easy to use and fast to learn. You can roster by staff member, skill, job, task or role. As a market leader TimeTarget can have all views open at the same time and changes are reflected on all rosters instantaneously.

All roles are simply colour coded and can be set to shifts in a number of ways. Drag and drop cells, fast data entry key strokes or graphical slide bars all make it fast and easy to use. The capacity to see all three views simultaneously gives those creating rosters a unique ability to optimise labour.

Building future forecast rosters is as easy as rolling forward the number of weeks you choose, or importing your pre defined templates. You can copy and paste rosters from one to another and utilise rosters from peak periods or important weeks from years gone by. It’s all fast and its designed to be easy.
